When I moved on from LUSH on a daily basis a few years ago I was very intentional about the work I wanted to do and the people I wanted to do it with. Experience had shown me there were many leaders out there that had the capacity and the potential to be extraordinary. What was lacking was the ability to truly communicate with conviction and passion. So I set out to transform individuals and corporations through clarifying their purpose and vision and then enabling them to be extraordinary leaders through the power of great communication.

My job is to provoke a positive mindset, provide clarity of thought and empower the honest delivery of meaningful messages to help bring about change that benefits us all.
